Planned and built by famous Costa Rican architect Ronald Zürcher, this second-floor condo located at the end of a private community boasts cathedral-height ceilings that frame unobscured panoramic views of the peninsula. Huge glass doors open up to let the cool ocean breezes in through the main living area. The floor plan offers two spacious master bedrooms and a third bedroom with double beds. The décor features Brazilian mid-century design furniture as well as the beautiful work of locally crafted wood pieces. The bathrooms feature two Jacuzzis and spacious tiled showers as well as separate water closets and double vanities.

Each room has its own private terrace with spectacular views. Beautiful art is featured throughout. The kitchen includes all the amenities you need to feel like you are cooking at home, including a Vitamix blender, toaster, coffee maker, and Nespresso machine. However if cooking is just not your thing, a chef can be provided.The villa also has a laundry room with a full-size washer/dryer. Every inch of the interior 2,800 square footage is air conditioned, and each bedroom can individually control their own climate. From the private terraces you can enjoy the evening songs of the nearby jungle wildlife – or even spot a howler monkey running nearby in the early morning. Evenings can also be enjoyed relaxing in the stunning infinity edge pool.
As a special guest at Monkey Villa, you will have access to the concierge service for Peninsula Papagayo. This dedicated concierge service is available to curate personalized travel, activities, and special events. As expert liaisons to the surrounding communities, the concierge team organize activities and events throughout the year and serve as a touchstone for connecting residents to the appropriate people and places within Papagayo and around Costa Rica.
